The Maserati MC20 (Maserati Corse 2020) heralds a new age. This car combines performance, sporty handling and luxury like no other. The new sports car’s unbelievable aerodynamic efficiency and incredible sporty handling are undeniably exhilarating. The completely new Nettuno engine delivers an acceleration from 0-100 km/h in just 2.9 seconds. The MC20 is ultra light, weighing in at less than 1500 kilograms. Combined with its power, this makes the MC20 the best in its class as far as weight/power ratio is concerned. The MC20 is the car for Maserati to make itself heard.

The beating heart
of the MC20
The MC20 has a completely new engine, the Nettuno. This engine is protected by international patents and is built by a team of highly qualified technicians and engineers. The technology is derived from Formula 1 technology. The 3.0-litre, 6-cylinder twin-turbo engine has V90° architecture and is equipped with a dry-sump system. The engine delivers 630 bhp at 7500 rpm and 730 Nm torque from 3000 rpm with a specific power output of 210 bhp/litre.

This is the first Maserati with a carbon fibre monocoque. The MC20’s light body ensures the perfect power/weight ratio. The result is breathtaking acceleration and incredible speed.
The monocoque was designed for the three types of MC20 that will be appearing in the coming years; the coupé, convertible and the future electric version. In the coupé the monocoque focus is on low weight and performance.
